Friday night we let the kids stay up late to watch, A Midsummer Night's Dream. What is left of the WSU theater department, performed a free play in the park. The kids were already somewhat familiar with the play from The Magic Tree House: Stage Fright on a Summer Night. It's one of Levi's favorite books. He loves to write and direct plays. (I love that he does too):

It's too bad the play ended one scene early due to lightning. The kids really wanted to see "the lion." -- a minuscule role in the play, but something they found funny in MTH.
